Foundation: R.C.C. pile foundation with caps connected by tie beams.

Super Structure: R.C.C. framed structure with columns, beams and slabs.

Walls: All peripheral walls are 9” thick brick walls and partition walls are 41/2” thick brick walls with hoop iron reinforcement.

Plastering: All internal plastering with smooth sponge finish and external plastering with rough finish.

Flooring: All the rooms will have vitried tile flooring of 2’x 2’ size with matching skirting of 4” height.

Main Door: Main door would be of high quality teak wood frame section and panelled shutter with good quality hardware, finished with varnish.

Doors: All other door frames would be of chemically treated country wood or equivalent. The shutters would be molded / flush type. 		Windows: All the windows are powder coated aluminum sliding section with plain glass.

Kitchen: 2’ wide black granite counter with stainless steel sink with drain board. Glazed tile dado above the kitchen counter up to a height of 2’.0” will be provided. Exhaust fan opening will be provided.

Toilets: Toilets will have ceramic anti-skid flooring tiles and glazed wall tiles up to 7’.0’ height.

Plumbing: All the plumbing lines will be of CPVC / UPVC pipes for water supply and PVC sewage lines.

Sanitary Fittings: All sanitary ttings such as EWC, IWC, wash basins, will be white color porcelain Parryware / Hindustan sanitary ware or its equivalent.

Toilet Fixtures: All taps and other fittings will be chromium plated Jaguar – Continental range or equivalent.		 Electrical: 3-phase electricity supply with independent meters, and concealed copper wiring for lights, fan and power points. Control switches with BIS standard modular switches.

Lofts: Loft will be provided in one bedroom and kitchen.

Lifts: One stretcher type and one ordinary type lift per block will be provided.

Common Areas: Staircase will be with “Kota” stone and lobbies with marble / granite or its equivalent.

Lift Fascia: Granite finish.

Driveways: Interlocking concrete paver blocks or equivalent.

Painting: Emulsion with putty in interiors and weather resistant paint for exteriors.
